Intel iris xe suddenly underperforming

Hi, I used to play cs2 and black Squad at very low settings with 80  to 100 fps, suddenly I woke up yesterday the a lot of stuters and 30 to 40 fps is cs2, can some one help, my laptop is asus vivobook s15 with i9 13000h and 16ram

2. Where did you download your game from?
3. What is the driver version currently installed on your laptop?
4. Are you using the Vulkan or DirectX API when playing the game?
5. Have you tried rolling back to a previous driver version for testing purposes?
