Hi, AlvinSukiElaina.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community. Since you're experiencing rendering and stuttering issues in WWZ Aftermath despite updating to the latest graphics driver via the Intel Driver & Support Assistant, let's investigate potential causes and solutions. To better understand the issue, could you provide the following details?

  • Was the game working fine before, or has this issue always been present?
  • Is the stuttering constant, or does it occur in specific scenarios (e.g., large fights, cutscenes, or loading screens)?
  • Does this issue affect only WWZ Aftermath, or do you experience similar problems in other games?
  • What resolution and graphics settings are you currently using in the game?
  • Are you running the game in DirectX 11 or Vulkan mode? Some games perform better with Vulkan, so switching APIs might help.
  • Which version of the Intel graphics driver are you using? Have you tried rolling back to a previous version to see if the issue persists?

Additionally, while knowing your GPU and processor is helpful, I’d like to gather more details about your system configuration. Could you run an Intel SSU (System Support Utility) report and share the results? This will allow me to check key system details such as OS build, driver versions, and any logged errors.

Let’s work together to get this resolved.

Have a nice day!

Hello, AlvinSukiElaina.

Based on your answers, it seems like the issue is specific to World War Z and persists across different driver versions. Since you've already tested lowering graphics settings and resolution without improvement, let's try another isolation to possibly fix the issue:

  1. Update your graphics driver to the latest version, 32.0.101.6632.
  2. Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall an Intel® Graphics Driver

If the issue persists, I kindly ask you to provide CapFrameX data for this game. This will allow us to analyze performance metrics in more detail and identify any potential issues. Please ensure the CapFrameX file captures at least 5 minutes of gameplay before sharing.
