Warzone ground glitching

This is not a new issue it has been here for 2-3 years and it has never been fixed. the ground in every warzone map is rainbow colored and i have tried every setting possible nothing works and when i turn on frame gen with fsr3 game stutters allot. my system specs are:

i7 1260p

iris xe graphics 96 eu

16 gb ram

(My laptop does not have any issues my drivers are up to date so please do not ask me to give any report because I know nothing is wrong)  and also please do not close this thread because there are thousands of people with the same issue wanting to play warzone but they can't. I thought that one day this glitch would be fixed but it was not fixed. You guys had 2 years to fix this and we want it fixed.

I have done a clean update for that driver and I also tried the new driver 32.0.101.6299. But nothing is fixed.

I am having issues with:

Call of duty: ground textures

counter strike 2: effects showing up as small circles that makes a square

Fortnite: keeps crashing randomly after 1-15 mins

detroit become human: screen flashes white on the bright parts of the game

Hello UrLOst,

Thank you for the updates. I understand that with the newest driver, the issue still persists and you are experiencing other issues with other games as well. With that being said, I would need more time to further investigate this. I will get back to you as soon as I have come up with a resolution.

Hi,

I have fixed the Counter Strike issue. It was happening because of a setting in arc control, it was either anisotropic filtering or adaptive tessellation. But Call of Duty issue is still not gone.

Have you left the settings in "Application Choice" or some other option?

I have the same issue in Warzone, the rainbow ground...

The Warzone issue is still not fixed, I was talking about Counter Strike and Fortnite. New drivers do not work well with arc control for some reason. Just turn off the tessellation and leave everything else to application choice. I even had issues in red dead redemption 2 like there were red and blue dots everywhere, but it was because of arc control. My bad if I was not specific with the solution. but Warzone still needs to be fixed.

Hi UrLOst,

I'm contacting you on behalf of my technician. I'd like to ask if you were able to test latest graphics drivers that we've released for Iris Xe - https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html

Hi,

I updated the driver to 32.0.101.6332 but the issue is still there, I have attached the screenshot of Call Of Duty. I am also having issues with Fortnite. It keeps crashing seconds after I launch the game, this issue is on both dx11 and performance mode, I have attached the screenshot of the error message I get when the game crashes.

Hi UrLOst,

Thank you for sharing the error messages. I'd like ask if you can provide the following logs as well this will help me isolate the issue on the OS level:

  1. Please provide an application event viewer log from your system. Below are the steps to generate the logs
    1. Right Click on the Start Button
    2. Click on Event Viewer
    3. Click on the chevron of the Windows Logs
    4. Right Click on the Application and select Save All Events As
    5. Save the file and send us a copy
    6. make sure to indicate the timestamp of the crash
  2. Please provide an System event viewer log from your system. Below are the steps to generate the logs
    1. Right Click on the Start Button
    2. Click on Event Viewer
    3. Click on the chevron of the Windows Logs
    4. Right Click on the System and select Save All Events As
    5. Save the file and send us a copy

I have attached both application and system event log after the crash. I tried to attach the logs in evtx format but it did not let me so I converted them into txt. It crashed in between 9:06 to 9:09, I think it is 9:07pm.

Hi UrLOst,

May I know if you can try sending the logs after putting both the system and application logs in a zip file?
