Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To get a better understanding of the issue and be able to provide an effective recommendation, please provide the missing key information below:
1) Please let me know your PC's current state:
- What "modification" was made before the PC stopped booting.
- Does it still boot after changing the "secure boot" state?
- Does the game (Valorant) previously run well on this PC and only had the issue recently?
- If the answer above is yes, what were the recent changes made?
2) Can you share a screenshot of the error when playing this game?
3) If the PC still boots, please share your PC configuration so I can fully check. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save (.txt). *Attach the log file as you reply.
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

To resolve the error message "This version of Vanguard requires Secure Boot to be enabled in order to play," you'll need to enable Secure Boot in your BIOS settings. Here are the steps to do this:
- Restart your computer and enter the BIOS/UEFI settings. You can usually do this by pressing a key like F2, F10, DEL, or ESC during the startup process (the specific key depends on your motherboard manufacturer).
- Navigate to the Boot or Security tab in the BIOS menu.
- Find the Secure Boot option and enable it. This option might be under a submenu like "Advanced" or "Windows OS Configuration."
- Save your changes and exit the BIOS. Your computer will restart.
I highly recommend contacting your motherboard manufacturer support team for complete guidance.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
