1ST STAGE
I assembled my pc around 2 months back, the first month and so it was working fine, cs2 ran smooth and other stuff too, suddenly roughly a month back my pc crashed and when i tried to run the game again, it followed few more crashes and the blue dump started to appear on screen, i could not even start my computer (ref : stop code : SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION).
I took the computer to the store from where i had bought it, they reinstalled the driver, rebooted the system and there was no crashes when i opened the system.
2ND STAGE
I got the pc back, there was no crashes or errors, the drivers were reinstalled and updated but as i was 4-5 mins into my cs2 game, the screen froze for a sec and the game closed rendering the desktop screen, the 2nd time i opened the game it appeared in 16:9 resolution, although it was set at 4:3, when i tried to change the resolution and click set, the game closed again. The 3rd time, it ran for 4-5 minutes, it froze and rendered a black screen, even task manger did not respond to close the application, the only way was to force shut down and start. The 4th time, it ran 2-3 mins straight, the games default settings had changed automatically, while i was in a game, it froze and sort of stuttered fiercely for a sec (the game audio stuck in loop) and then the whole system restarted. There may be couple of more iterations of "game freeze" and "restart" which occur regularly, including the above 4 iterations, this has continued since the last 3 weeks almost or even more.
i have gone through every possible videos to fix it; regarding cs2, steam and many changes but to no avail. My drivers are always updated. I tried to run other games like COD warzone; i think the PC crashed in the download stage, valorant did well the first time but then the 2nd or 3rd time, there was some issue with it and the main game file shortcut on the desktop did not execute the game. The whole situation has actually worsened in the past 4-5 days, even tabs close automatically while watching youtube or twitch on chrome. offlate, the screen renders a black screen while crashing stating "ntoskrnl.exe". I have also noticed that while the game crashes the temp goes to 70-80 or else it normally fluctuates around 30-40 (ps-this happens 80 % of the time, sometimes it crashes without heating also but rare). very rarely, an error pops stating "CRenderDeviceMgrDx11::CreateDevice(): The application required DX11, no valide device found".
i have read blogs and post, also have talked to other gamers, there are issues with intel I9 14900k and rtx5080 involving game crashes and other issues. I do not know whether there is a compatibility issue with my PC specs or the CPU is faulty, can you please help me out here? i do not want to change to AMD to fix this.

Hello kp7781,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.
- When you went to your reseller, did they tell you which component is causing the issue?
- What particular driver did they update?
- Did they also update the BIOS of the motherboard to the latest?
- Have you also tried to load BIOS default settings and check if the system will crash?
- How is the temperature of the system before the system crashes?
- Have you tried different Graphics card or processor on your system and also tried your processor and graphics card on a different system? This is to isolate if the issue is a hardware issue and which component is causing the problem.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello kp7781,
Thank you for the update.
Kindly help generate the SSU logs of your system for me to review the hardware and installed drivers. Please refer to the link below on how to generate the logs:
How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*
However, if everything is updated. You may need to perform swap test for the hardware to identify which unit is causing the issue. And once the faulty unit is identified, you may need to contact your reseller or local warranty team for warranty claim.
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.
