Hello Iaynb,

We greatly appreciate your posts in our Intel communities.

We understand that you are having issues with your Fortnite, as whenever you launch the game, it says your drivers aren't updated, but when you go and update them, it says they are already updated.

We have already checked your SSU and found that the driver that you actually have is outdated.

Driver Version: 26.20.100.7926

In regards to that, please follow the below troubleshooting steps for a possible solution.

1. Update drivers. Using the HP driver or the system manufacturer driver.

Please go to this page: https://support.hp.com/my-en/drivers/laptops.

1. Click the button "Let HP detect your product."

2. Submit your OS and version.

3. Then, click the button "Detect my software drivers."

4. Continue the downloads and installation.

If the issue still persists, please try our Intel generic drivers.

2. Use Intel generic drivers when updating the system graphics driver.

Please use the manual method.

Please let us know the result of the troubleshooting steps that you are about to perform so we can decide what we can do next.

Thank you, and have a great day ahead!

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]
