intel arc control bug

my problem is that the arc control  system cant recognize my cpu and graphics card .what I mean is that when i try to boot up it says that i dont have the correct cpu and graphics card when i do look at the photos.pls help me

• What is the Intel® Arc Control version installed?
• Was it working before?
• When did the issue start?
• Download, run, save and attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
