l have a nitro 5 an515-58 (2022) which came with a pre installed windows 11 on 512G nvme ssd drive . I decided to reset my windows and after that a no bootable device message started showing on the screen. The drive would not show up in the bios. Tried all the tips l could get from youtube including reseating the drive on the pcie slot. Tried booting from a usb but the drive would not show up even if l used the latest rst drivers using the "load driver". Tested other ssd m2 ssd and still getting the same result.
l tested the slots with an Msata ssd and the drive seemed to work properly on both slots. What could be the problem on the laptop?
Any help from the community would be appreciated.

Hi @Cherub,
Based on the troubleshooting steps you've mentioned, it seems you have already performed all the actions outlined in this article. If none of these solutions resolve the issue, it may be advisable to contact Acer support for further assistance, as there could be a more significant hardware problem with the laptop's NVMe interface or motherboard.
