Не могу установить разрешение 1920х1080 на мониторе.

Intel® UHD Graphics 620. Не могу установить разрешение 1920х1080 на мониторе Samsung SyncMaster P2770HD. С другим компьютером - работает. Intel® UHD Graphics 620. При выборе разрешения 1920х1080 картинка становится больше рабочего стола и графика ужасная. Подходит только разрешение 1600х1200. Но картинка слишком растянутая и мыльная. Драйвер удаляла и переустанавливала на свежий - версии 26.20.100.7584.

To better assist you with your request, I will need to check some information about your computer. Please follow these steps and attach the reports generated directly to the thread: 

 

Please connect the monitor to the laptop when generating the reports.

 

1. Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) 

  • Intel® SSU Download link 
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". 
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". 
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save". 

 

2. DXDIAG 

  • Go to Start > Run or Windows Key + R. 
  • On the Run prompt, type "dxdiag" then click OK. 
  • On the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information. 
  • Browse to a folder, type in a filename then click Save. 

 

Questions:

  • Does the other computer that can get the resolution have Intel® UHD Graphics 620 as well? please provide the model. 
  • Are you doing straight connections? (like HDMI to HDMI) or are you using an adapter/dongle?
  • Have you tested with the latest OEM drivers instead of the Intel® generic drivers 26.20.100.7584?
  • Have you tested a different monitor?
