グラフィックドライバのインストール

ARC A770を購入し、取り付け後必ずフリーズする不具合があったため、ドライバのインストールをしようとするとインストーラーが立ち上がりません。
現在は、自動的にインストールされたバージョン31.0.101.4314になっています。
写真の画面が出ますが、すぐに消えてしまいインストールまでいきません。
どのようにインストールすればよいでしょうか?

We may not be able to translate the screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool, hence; the translation may not be completely accurate.

 

We want to let you know that we have a new driver version available in our download center, the new version is 31.0.101.4676. Please, perform a manual driver installation, and let me know if the installation issue remains. Visit the article How to Install an Intel® Graphics Driver in Windows® 10 & Windows 11* for more indications about the manual instalation.

We have released new drivers, including the latest driver 31.0.101.4826, since the initial report. Please test with the latest driver and inform us of the outcome before we close the case.
