Several games my computer ran at 1 frame per second and it doesn't increase, I checked how much GPU I'm using and it was using less than 10% of the card I don't know how to fix it, it happened in GTA V, Fortnite and other games.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

I would try:
1- Update Windows to latest version (you have right now 19043), latest is 19044
2- It seems you're already running Graphics dell driver 30.0.100.9864. Try the latest from Intel 30.0.101.1191
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html
3- Check updates for the games and services.
4- If the games connect to Internet Servers, review there is no bandwidth or network issues with those.
5- Check with dell to update the BIOS on your system and to review temperatures to discard high temps are not preventing the system to reach higher performance.

I'm not sure but it seems my post got deleted, so here it goes again:
I would try:
1- Update Windows to the latest version, you're running 19043 and the latest is 19044.
2- Update the games and the services.
3- If the games connect to Internet Servers, review the issue is not due to bandwidth or network connection issues with those services
4- It seems you're running the latest graphics Dell driver. Test with the latest from Intel, version 30.0.101.1191
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html
5- Check with dell to update the BIOS and to discard issues with overheating in case high temps are preventing the system to reach high performance (check also your power plan settings).

Hey, I had the same issue and it was a driver problem. Currently, intel is working on it. Although, you could try a fix that worked for me. What I did was update my drivers NOT to the newest version but to this one: 30.0.100.9805. Hope it works.
