Hi,
I'm using an UHD graphics 630 with LG 29UM59 ultrawide monitor connected via a HDMI to Display Port adapter.
The 2560x1080 resolution is available to select until i installed newest Intel graphics driver. The maximum resolution is 1920x1080 then. When I attempting to create a custom 2560x1080 resolution, it turned to "Out of range".
Please help, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Our problem is solved.
We used an incorrect DisplayPort to HDMI adapter. The one we used was limited to 1920x1200.
Using a 4K adapter solved our problem.
Always check the cable 🙂
Anyway, thank you

Hello tamhuy,
I understand latest graphics driver is not giving you the option to use a screen resolution of 2560x1080.
Let me apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing to you.

To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

Hello tamhuy,
Thanks for the information you sent to me.
I would like you to try updating some of the computer drivers in a specific order.
Please install this driver first, and then restart the computer http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_chipse_CFL.zip http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_chipse_CFL.zip
Install this other driver, and then restart the computer one more time http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_me_CFL.zip http://download.msi.com/dvr_exe/intel_me_CFL.zip
Please download the graphics driver that is on this link https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27199/eng/win64_154702.4815.exe https://downloadmirror.intel.com/27199/eng/win64_154702.4815.exe
As soon as the graphics driver has been downloaded on the keyboard press WinLogo key + r, then type in devmgmt.msc, double click on Display Adapters -> Intel HD Graphics -> Driver tab -> Uninstall -> Select the check box Delete the driver software for this device -> OK, restart the computer, and then reinstall the driver I provided.
Please also reinstall the monitor driver from this link http://www.lg.com/hk_en/support/support-product/lg-29UM59-P http://www.lg.com/hk_en/support/support-product/lg-29UM59-P
Let me know if issue persists or not.
Regards,
Fred D.

Hello tamhuy,
I am sorry to hear issue persists after installing the drivers I provided.
Is it possible for you to test either HDMI to HDMI cable or different HDMI to Displayport* adapter?
Since Newreal confirmed issue was fixed after replacing the adapter then the issue might not be related to our driver.
Regards,
Fred D.
