4539 Beta driver, does not include HD Graphics Context Menu and Control Panel won't start?

So, tried installing the new BETA driver of 4539. Unfortunately it makes the context menu disappear (Win10) as well, the control panel does not function or start. Ideas?

Hello vdruts,

Please try uninstalling the driver and try installing it one more time; however, if the problem persists bear that this driver is being provided as a beta test driver, and while it has had limited validation testing by Intel, it is essentially a test driver and is not to be considered a permanent replacement for a fully validated and certified graphics driver.
