Hi,
I have been dealing with this issue for months. I get repeated screen blackouts on my monitor running Windows 11 and a Philips Brilliance 279P1 27" IPS LED 4K UHD Monitor. I have been in contact via e-mail with Intel support yet get nowhere because I am told they cannot reproduce the issue and then point the finger to MS Windows 11. I see a 03.06.23 post " The problem of sudden black screen of INTEL A380." so I know it is not just me or my setup.
Typically, the screen blackouts do not last long, at most a minute; however, today, the screen blackout stayed and the message I get on the monitor is no signal. I tried switching the connection from display port to HDMI yet no difference. I tried a Dell monitor on a USB port yet nothing.
I have kept up with all the recommended updates yet now I cannot even use my computer. I am using an older computer to write this.
Please help me to resolve this issue!
