A driver cannot load on device

not sure if this is the right place to post this but how do I solve the problem with windows not loading iqvw64e.sys driver?

Go to folder C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and search for iqvw64e.sys. When you find that file, right click it and select Rename, then rename that file to iqvw64e.old.
Restart your computer to apply the change.
