I would like to get the details of your hardware configuration to check your specs and to make sure that everything is up to date and some of the game information in case we might need to replicate this issue. Please let us know the following:
- Report from the Intel® System Support Utility
- Screenshot of the in-game graphics settings
- Game distribution service(Steam or Epic)
- Make sure the Resizable Bar is enabled on the system's BIOS.

btw, when im playing the game today, it reappears twice within 4 hours.

Based on the log file, I see that you are using the driver version 31.0.101.4953, I would advise that you use Display Driver Uninstaller to delete any corrupted files from the driver side and then update to version 31.0.1014972.
In addition, I suggest that you disable your iGPU Intel® Iris® Xe to prevent any type of conflict with this game, you can do it form your BIOS menu or through device manager.
If the issue persists, we still need a screenshot of the in-game graphics settings, since the one you shared is just the general settings. Also, the make and model of your motherboard is not showing up in the SSU file so please share it with us as well as the BIOS version installed.
