There I recorded a detailed video. I opened an Android emulator and edge browser. The default video player including the Movie & TV and Media Player can't play, but old windows media player can play normally. After I closed the emulator, the problem was not existed. The issue was a random event, sometimes the player can successfully play the video when the emulator opened.

Hello Kimen-Lian,
Thank you for your time.
We have been working on the investigation, please follow the steps below and let me know the results:
- I see the issue does not happen with the old Windows media player, does the issue happen with another video playback app such as VLC or MPC?
- Does the issue happen on third-party Graphics cards?

Andres P.

The problem only happened on the Movie & TV and Media Player. Any third-party video player is OK (I have tested a variety of players). And I have used GTX 1070ti for a long time and it has not happened under the same conditions.

Hello Kimen-Lian,
We have been working on the investigation, we tested the same scenario with our latest ARC drivers and graphics card and could not see the issue, hence you should report this to the app developer in this case Microsoft.
Please let me know if you have further questions

Thank you for your timely follow-up. In fact, this bug still exists until version 4502, but it has been fixed by version 4575. At the same time, I would like to provide feedback on a game with serious compatibility issues. The PC Building Simulator 2. During the game process, the game always crash and cause driver errors or even a blue screen, which pointing to the ARC driver.
