我把浏览器和出现闪退的游戏在win11显示卡设置里设置为使用核显,显示器插接在独立显卡上,独立显卡和核显驱动是最新的32.0.101.6653
问题详细说明:
浏览器只要打开多个视频播放或者有动态效果的网页过一段时间就会出现花屏现象,而且会导致网页变卡显卡占用率异常升高。
出现问题的游戏是极限竞速:地平线 4,在游戏中出现卡屏闪退且有问题详细信息和windows硬件错误生成。

I was able to review your SSU logs and notice that your BIOS version is already outdated (old version: 1011). Theres a latest version available for your system, try updating your BIOS version first for testing (BIOS version: 1015).

Thanks for patiently waiting.
I'm still investigating the root cause of the issue, to help me narrow down the issue, try performing the following steps:
- Remove the graphics card and use only the integrated graphics to see if the system crashes or if the same issue occurs.
- After removing the A770, update the graphics driver to version 32.0.101.6734 WHQL Certified (Latest).
- Installer: Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
- Run an IPDT test to assess the processor's health.
Let me know if the system still crashes even after using the integrated graphics.
If the issue does persist, I suggest disabling the integrated graphics and using only the discrete graphics card to observe if the issue continues. You can find these settings in the BIOS. If assistance is needed to locate the settings, you can consult the motherboard OEM.
