Hello adjjfi,
Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I notice that your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics (16GB) is giving you BSOD problems while executing the EA app, I will be more than happy to help you.
To properly understand this issue, please answer the following questions:
- Is the graphics card an Intel Branded Card or is it from another brand?
- For clarification, every time you open the EA app the BSOD shows up, is that correct?
- Have you had this issue also with other graphics driver versions?
- To know your system environment and help us understand this issue, attach the report for the following tool Intel® System Support Utility for Windows (SSU), you can find the steps on the link How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows.
Regards,
