AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100

My HP ZBook 15u G5 had both AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 and
Intel UHD Graphics 620. After Bios Replacement the AMD Radeon Pro WX 3100 is NOT detected by the system anymore.
What happened?

The BIOS belongs to HP. Contact them for support.
