The specific games Ive found that cause this issue are Worms W.M.D (Using DirectX 11) and Planetary Annihilation: Titans (Using DirectX 9c). Whenever all 3 of my monitors are plugged in (2 with DP and 1 with HDMI), while the game is Fullscreened. It causes my computer to rapidly intermittently freeze while the displays flicker. If its windowed while I have 3 Monitors plugged in or if the game is fullscreen with just 2 monitors, this behavior does not occur but the performance is diminished. Most of the time my only monitor with a speaker screeches or plays weird audio (It sounds like electrical interference) while my headphones play nothing, even though the audio device hasn't changed. Although this screeching isnt consistent it does happen most of the time. When I played Worms WMD last year this did not happen and my setup has not changed since then. Ive switched out the cables, rotated through the ports, tested all my monitors, reset my pc, updated drivers, and spent an hour messing with every setting in both the games and the Intel Graphics Software. This is the only major issue Ive had and any help would be appreciated. Its frustrated me enough that I'm considering buying a new card lol.

Thank you for your reply, I was able to fix the issue because of it. I moved last month but I was confident that I set everything up exactly how I had it prior to the move. However when I got to Step 3 of your requests, I noticed that I was using an HDMI to DP adapter on my ViewSonic monitor. After switching it out with a direct DP cable the issue stopped. I have no idea why the issue only presented itself with those two games or how it was causing it. But I'm grateful for your help regardless!

Hello lsthoma,
Thank you for contributing to the Intel Communities.
I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your setup. Since your setup was previously working perfectly, we need to properly isolate the problem. To better understand the situation and provide an effective recommendation, please share the following key information:
- Were there any updates (OS or drivers) before the issue began?
- The issue is specific to both games (Worms WMD and Planetary Annihilation: Titans). You mentioned playing Worms WMD without issues last year. Was Planetary Annihilation recently installed or Worms WMD reinstalled when the issue started?
- Are you using direct cables or adapters/converters?
- Provide the make and model of your displays/monitors.
- Share your PSU model/specifications.
- Share screenshots of your game settings.
- Please also provide a short video demonstrating the issue.
Additionally, I highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so I can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
- Scan: Check the box Everything.
- Click Scan.
- Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
- Click Save. *Attach the SSU log file as you reply.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards
JeanetteC.

Hello lsthoma,
Thank you for the update. I'm glad my suggestions helped resolve the issue. It's unexpected that the HDMI to DP adapter was the cause, particularly with only those two games. Direct connections can significantly enhance performance and compatibility. If you have further questions or need assistance, feel free to submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored. I'm always here to help.
Sincerely,
JeanetteC.
