Accidentally disabled inter display adapter and can't see any thing

So I recently disabled my inter HD display adapter and I can only see a black screen can anyone please help me

ps. This is on my laptop so I can't connect to other hdmi outlets

You mean you disabled it in Windows device manager?

Can you see the boot screen reading "Windows loading..."?

If so power off when you see the black screen and power on again.

Repeat this 3 times and the recovery menu should appear.
