Adobe Premiere Pro And ARC A750 Doesnt Work Properly

Since I bought this GPU I have performance problem with editing programs especially via Adobe Premiere Pro. Program gets slower on timeline, double screen useless, always makes flicker, if I want to drag something everthing responds very late, slow etc. Unfortunatelly I will sell this GPU because I am waiting and waiting for an update but I ınderstand that there is no hope. I wrote in this page few months ago too. Please look at that secreens @ https://youtu.be/50I8KKGd3GQ , now its better but I cant understand is the screen shaking or camera shaking. so I have take  small exports for checking:(. In timeline everthing gets slow,responds very late.  I tought this GPU will be better than my 9 years old 1050Ti but its not. Not suitable for my usage. system i5 13400f CPU,ARCA750GPU, 64 GB DDR4 Ram

  • Is Adobe Premiere Pro working fine before? 
  • - With 1050Ti yes. With ARC A 750 I am not sure, I was working with office computer so I do not have too much work to do in this computer but I guess It was better. It has never involves to the play video in timeline,only CPU works. GPU works if I take export with Voucoder plugin only
  • Have you already tried reinstalling your Adobe Premiere Pro?
  • -I learned that Premiere uses CUDA Core, but Intel uses XeSS technology, I guess thats the main problem
  • Have you tried updating to the latest GPU drivers?
  • -Yes I am using latest drivers
  • -Yes I used DDU first
  • I am talking with Adobe Community officer too, I made a huge mistake to buy this GPU for adobe programs. This GPU works very well with DaVinci Resolve but I need to learn and I need to pay licence money. I already paid for adobe yearly.
