The program has been installed, the error has been prompted during the scan, tried to uninstall the program and cleaned up, and then re-installed, or no effect, prompting the error:Oops, something went wrong while trying to scan. Please try again, or see our FAQs for help.

Hi Adrian,

 

There are lots of same issue in China after they updated the IDSA to 19.11.46.6, they all worked fine before updated, can you please help to check this?

I would like to update the thread.

 

We are still working on this issue, please continue monitoring the update drivers since we are working on it.

 

This is an issue with the way IDSA checks internet access, which isn't working for PRC, In the meantime, you can manually download the drivers from the official manufacturer website of your computer. (MSI*).
