Hello Robray,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We understand that you are experiencing issues when plugging three monitors into your system.
In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:
- Did the system use to work as expected before?
- Are you using any type of adapter? We always recommend using straight connections.
- Have you tried plugging all the monitors into the Arc graphics?
- What Operating System and version are you running?
Best regards,
Jean O.

Hello Robray,
Thank you for the information provided.
This time we would like to recommend you perform a clean installation of the driver installing our latest 31.0.101.4091. Sometimes, corrupted files from the previous installations might be causing a malfunction that causes driver cause driver updates to not work as expected.
If the issue is still present after the clean installation, please provide us with the following system reports:
- Intel®️ System Support Utility (Intel®️ SSU)
- Download the Intel SSU
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel®️ SSU will take you to the "Summary View."
- Click on the menu where it says: "Summary" to change it to "Detailed View."
- To save your scan: click on "Next"; then "Save."
- Create a report using the Intel® Graphics Command Center:
- Open the Intel Graphics Command Center
- Navigate to the Support tab
- Select System Diagnostic
- Click Generate Report
- Select Save and name the output file.
Best regards,
Jean O.

HDMI on ARC cards is cursed on the current drivers. I've opened an issue already but from what I've heard there are a ton of people experiencing issues like losing video output over HDMI, and it's been there from the start. For me waiting a little bit seems to fix the video output eventually or try replugging your HDMI cable. If that doesn't work I'm afraid you are stuck with using displayports until Intel finally solves the hdmi issues unfortunetly

Hello Robray,
We will wait a few days for you to try the fresh Windows installation and different HDMI cables.
If the issue is still present after completing these steps, provide us with the system reports we requested before, Intel®️ SSU, and Intel® Graphics Command Center report.
Best regards,
Jean O.

Bios primary gpu pci-bus , input set to on.
Dell 1707fp hdmi to mother board
LG oled tv connected to hdmi on arc a770
ASUS 4k 28” monitor using DP/HDMI adapter connected to DP port on arc a770
Samsung HD 32” tv using DP/HDMI adapter connected to DP port on arc a770.
This works all the time after reboots tv’s turned on and off.
As soon as a display port connection is used with just normal cable to monitor it causes problems windows fails to load properly screens go erratic often the igpu monitor image shows from part of 4k screens and becomes main screen and displayport screen shows as inactive.
If reduced to just display port screen on gpu and lcd on igpu it works but if displayport and hdmi mixed on arc a770 erratic screens happen and when windows loads 3 or 4 resets happen before settles on one hdmi display and displayport display shows as inactive although it sees it but unable to extend to it.

Hello Robray,
We appreciate the information you shared about the different tests you have performed.
Checking the reports you have shared, we noticed the following:
The integrated graphics driver is reported to be 31.0.101.4140. The driver version is not reported on the Motherboard website nor in our Download center. We recommend a clean installation of the latest driver from Gigabyte, 31.0.101.3302. We always recommend using the drivers provided by the system manufacturer (OEM)
Your Operating System build is 22623; this is an Insider version. Remember that this type of build is intended for testing, and for the most stable experience, you should always install the latest production build. Could you install the latest production version available at the moment, 22621?
You mentioned that the issue is caused by multiple environments. Could you inform us if this issue is always present on the same monitor, or is it not related to the monitor model?
Also, there is no IGCC report. Note that this will show information about the monitors you are using,.Could you share with us the Intel® Graphics Command Center?
Best regards,
Jean O.
