Gig gaming x ax with i5 13600k. Arc770. If I try and boot with 3 displays
1 on igpu
2 on 770
It fails to post if I hot plug the hdmi 770 display it sets up all ok until pc is rebooted.
All 770 ports tested ok the only event error reads as a pnp api miss match from last os

Hello Robray,

We understand that you receive an error message stating that the report couldn't be generated. Please, provide us with a screenshot of the error message you receive.

Also, we would like to confirm if you were able to try our other recommendation from our previous post:

  • Clean installation of the latest driver from Gigabyte, 31.0.101.3302. We always recommend using the drivers provided by the system manufacturer (OEM).
  • Install the latest production version available at the moment, 22621
  • Let us know if this issue is always present on the same monitor, or if is it not related to the monitor model.

Best regards,

Sorry spent so much time on this and causing problems to win11 as well. Had problems reactivating digital license issues. When tried reinstalling Intel drivers via a clean ins was getting green screen of death. Used DDU program in safe mode to start refresh. One thing did notice windows and Intel command centre had displays numbered differently. Things did not get better with a windows repair process I think to prove any problem would need a clean reinstall but since upgrading to m2 NVME gen 4 under heat sinks it’s not so easy as disconnecting an SSD . I am not in a position to risk all software settings and programs I have configured at present so have gone back to 4k displayport on gpu and lcd hdmi on igpu just to catch up on things for moment.

Also think windows11 prioritising order of displays has something to do with it HDMI first then DISPLAYPORT then VGA so I believe.

Hello Robray,

We appreciate your response.

We would like to further investigate this issue, and to do so please provide me with the following:

  • Were you able to install the Non-insider Operating System version?
  • Could you provide us with a screenshot of the error message you receive when creating the IGCC report?
  • Provide us with your monitor Models.
  • You mentioned that you had issues with Windows 11. Were these issues related to graphics problems? Was it other OS complications?

Hello Robray,

Before closing the thread, we would like to recommend you use Arc Control -> Settings -> System info -> and confirm the card's Firmware (IFWI) version.

If the card is on the 1049 version, we want to inform you that we are working on a new update that should address several issues with HDMI. The delivery method for said firmware update is being refined as we speak and should be out soon, so please stay tuned.

If you need additional information, submit a new question since this thread will no longer be monitored.

Best regards,

Sorry been away my card is 20.1053.0 I have managed to get Intel com man working ok by clearing drivers using ddu program they appear stable but cannot roll back windows insider release as deleted old builds. Have turned off beta updates letting things catch up and settle down before trying to connect multiple displays have to much need for stable system at moment. I shall keep looking for the updates re the hdmi issues. At moment Win11 updates causing enough problems to be weary of. Thanks for support .
