Arc A750 blackout

Hello everyone,
I have been using the Arc A750 graphics card for a year, and recently I’ve started experiencing occasional brief blackouts on my screen. After observing for a while, I noticed that the issue occurs whenever the refrigerator next to my PC starts running. Each blackout lasts about 2–3 seconds.

I’d like to ask friends in the forum, how can I solve this problem?

BTW,I have already updated the drivers for all the hardware in my computer, including the Arc A750 graphics card, to the latest versions.

Thank you for sharing your observation - it's interesting that you've identified a connection between the screen blackouts and your refrigerator cycling on. 

 

To further assist you, kindly answer the following questions:

  • Is your system and refrigerator connected to the same power outlet or circuit?
  • Have you observed similar issues with other devices in your setup, or does this only occur with your monitor?
  • Have you tried plugging your PC into a different outlet on a separate circuit breaker?
