Pasos realizados para tratar de resolver el problema:
Desintale e instale nuevamente el controlador grafico, tanto la vesion OEM como la generica de intel. Instale intel graphics Command Center e Intel Graphics software.
cambie la configuracion de escala y resolucion de pantalla.
Reinicie el sistema varias veces despues de cada cambio de controlador.
