Asus DG1-4G: Black screen in Ubuntu

I have an Asus DG1-4G (Intel iris xe dedicated graphics).

Ubuntu by default does not detect the graphics (in lshw it says UNCLAIMED, and Mesa does not recognize it either), and it does not automatically install the i915 driver, So when I follow the steps on the Intel drivers page (https://dgpu-docs.intel.com/driver/client/overview.html) And I install the DKMS, the graphics are now detected and it uses the i915 driver, the problem is that the screen turns off when applications are started for the first time, when it is turned on or when the session is closed.

When the screen turns off, it can be turned back on by disconnecting the video cable and reconnecting it.

Also, when installing DKMS, they generate conflicts when installing a new kernel.

(Without the i915 driver I don't have those problems, but I don't have access to GPU acceleration and other functions)

(with Windows I had those problems, but it was only once when turning on)

Tried:
-Ubuntu 22.04 HWE
-OEM Kernel
-Kernels 5.15, 5.19 and 6.5
-Ubuntu 23.10 HWE
-Ubuntu Xorg and Wayland

I wonder if you have reached out to Asus about this issue. I have looked at the specs of your Asus DG1-4G and the OS that it has is Windows and Ubuntu is not mentioned. I'm just concerned about the compatibility.

I have found this link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000058670/graphics.html

Thanks for the response, I had researched and spoken to my graphics support, it ends up that it does not have support for Linux, maybe there is some workaround about that but for now i will stick with windows.
