Audio will not play from monitor

I have installed Lubuntu 23.10 on a system using an Intel Arc A770 graphics card. After the new installation, I then noticed that I couldn't hear any sound from the speakers on my television/monitor, so I tried changing displays to see if I could fix it that way. Changing devices did not work, and I still cannot hear anything despite my PulseAudio settings appearing to be fine. I believe that the graphics card may not be transmitting an audio signal to my display properly.

Processor: Intel Core i5-12600KF
Memory: Kingston Fury Beast 4800MHz DDR5 8GB × 4
Graphics Card: Sparkle Intel Arc A770 Titan OC Edition - 16GB
Solid State Drive: Western Digital WD_BLACK 1TB SN770 NVMe

Monitor: Vizio 65" 4K@120Hz (Model: E65-E1) (connected via HDMI)

Thank you for posting on the Intel®️ communities. I will be more than happy to assist you. Since you are having audio issue with your Intel® Arc™ A770 Graphics to better understand the issue, please answer the following questions:

• Are you using any type of display adapter or docking station? If so, what is the make and model?
• What is the TV firmware version?
• I see you have shared some information of your system, to gather more information about it, run and attach the report of the Intel® System Support Utility for the Linux* Operating System, you can find the steps on Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility.
