I'm having an issue with my graphics card not being able to paint in the program Mudbox 2015.
I downloaded Mudbox 2014 and the program says that my Intel graphics card is not compatible with 2014. However, that is not the case with 2015, it just won't paint.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for joining the graphics community.
I am currently researching on this issue but I will need more details about graphics driver version.
I will need the graphics driver version you are currently running on the computer, also, if you have tested drivers from your computer manufacturer and if so, what is the version?
Which version of Windows do you have? 32- or 64-bit?
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Thanks
Allan.

My current graphics driver version is version 10.18.10.3368.
I have not tried any other drivers.
Furthermore, I have windows 64-bit.
Thanks for your assistance.

I also have the same problem....I have Mudbox 2015 and it keeps saying "Mudbox requires the latest update of my graphics card". I tried updating it and now I keep getting an update error saying "My graphics card does not meet the system requirements to install the driver".....My graphics cards version is close to what PorfirioB has and the driver on it now is "Intel HD graphics driver" running on windows 7 home premium....Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the information. I have noticed you have installed driver version 3368.
I recommend loading the latest version available on downloadcenter.intel.com and test your software again:

I tried this version but it said it does not work with this processor. I have a 64-bit and this was a 32-bit download, not sure if that affects this.

This one says, "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer. Please obtain the appropriate driver from the computer manufacturer."

I am sorry about that but that message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer, however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:
http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm http://support.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-022355.htm
Select your operating system version and download the zip version of the video driver:

I followed the steps but the installation was quickly ended with a window prompting that the driver is already up to date.
I'm glad you followed up and tried to assist me.
However, I found out through the forum group at HP that my Graphics Card is behind in the technology and performance by 3 years. I guess I took a huge leap in trusting Intel.
Thanks again Allan.
