B580 have problems in CapCut

I have an Intel Arc B580 GPU, and I’m experiencing low GPU usage (around 15%) in CapCut Desktop, even with hardware acceleration enabled.
CPU is overloaded instead, and video playback lags during color correction.

Everything lags even with the slightest color correction. I've set everything up correctly and tried a bunch of settings. This didn't happen with my old RX580 card and 3060.

System details:
- GPU: Intel Arc B580
- CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
- RAM: 32 GB
- OS: Windows 11

Rebar activated, latest driver version from October 22, 750W power supply, I've attached the file below. The program works fine on other cards.

In Premiere Pro everything loads normally, and in DaVinci Resolve too. I have clean drivers installed on a fresh Windows.
Please adjust the drivers for CapCut as well, since it works fine in Premiere

Why the hell did they just give a **bleep**!?

Hello Patrick74,

Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.

To address the issue effectively, please share the information below.

1. What version of CapCut Desktop are you using?

2. What specific color correction effects cause the lag in CapCut?

3. How did you install CapCut? (Microsoft Store, direct download, etc.)

4. Kindly share a short video clip demonstrating the issue.

I look forward to your response.

Version 7.5.0

All effects — any of them, even the most basic and simple ones — cause extreme lag, while the GPU load is only around 20%. Hardware acceleration is enabled.

Whether I use it through Microsoft or through their website, it still works poorly.

Video below. And please don’t say these are “very complex effects” — oh, on the complex ones the video just freezes completely. I’ve been reporting this for over a month now, and no solutions have been provided. Please adapt the drivers for this program. By the way, I just checked — it’s not even reaching 20%.

THE graphics card and DRIVER DOESN’T UNDERSTAND WHAT’S HAPPENING.
