BSOD VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR

For about a month now I've been having BSOD occur randomly and I get the same error every time.

(VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR) 

I'm using an Arc A770 and I'm version 31.0.101.4887; I uninstalled the drivers and downloaded them again but it still happens. I'll provide a dump file below
