BSOD and Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop

I ran into the BSOD this evening while using Adobe Lightroom. Adobe Lightroom and/or Photoshop are the only triggers that I have encountered in regard to the error messages.

About a week ago, Dell had me reinstall Windows 11 completely.

Attached is the report that an Intel rep (Carmona) previously requested. She asked me to start a new discussion thread as the original is no longer monitored. As far as a screenshot, the blue screen disappears so quickly (after 2-3 seconds) that I'm unable to grab a screenshot or take a photo of it with my phone. Apologies as it's a bit random and unexpected that it catches me off guard.

Hello Psy1ocke,

Thank you for posting in our communities.

It seems that the BSOD issue re-occurred. For a possible solution, please follow the troubleshooting steps below.

1. Update your BIOS and ensure that the BIOS settings were set to defaults.

You may contact your system manufacturer for further assistance for updating your BIOS:  Dell Gaming and Alienware Support

2. Update your NVIDIA drivers.

You may contact NVIDIA for further assistance in updating your NVIDIA drivers:  NVIDIA getting technical support

If the issue persists, please let me know so I can further investigate the issue.

I look forward to your update!

I'm still running into issues after doing the steps that you have provided. The error happens with using either Adobe Lightroom or Adobe Photoshop. The error code is:UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION

And occurred when I was using Photoshop's AI generative features. It doesn't happen all the time but seems to be a 1-2x a week occurrence right now
