BSOD using photoshop and lightroom

I began using PS and LR a few weeks ago. It was running fine for a couple of days and then it started bluescreening repeatedly. I started only using it plugged in and it helped momentarily but it's back to doing it again. Sometimes I can get a few hours of work in before it crashes, other times its almost immediate. I get video_tdr_failure as well as driver power state failure. I have reinstalled a clean version of windows, up dated my NVIDIA graphics card through GE Force, and windows is fully updated. I have ran all sorts of tests and can't find anything wrong. All specs are compatible with both PS and LR. Anything else I could do to fix this issue?

Hello kristenp88,

Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.

For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:

  1. What is the model of your processor?
  2. What is the brand and model of your motherboard/system?
  3. Is the BIOS of your system updated?

If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.

I've got the same problem with Adobe programs (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere) when I leave the program open a idle for a certain amount of time - the amount of time seems arbitrary because I couldn't yet figure out after how many minutes it happens.

I've posted before about this issue in the forum, but no solution was given and no new driver version has fixed this.
