Battle for middle earth 2 and windows 10 can work?

I have windows 10 and battle for middle earth 2 crashes when it wants to execute. Should I downgrade the driver? If so, how do I do it?

The issue is that battle for middle earth 1 works, while the BFME2 doesn't.

With this compatibility mode done previously.

Is there a driver that is compatible with windows 10 and that can work with Windows XP software?

I understand, I read some articles regarding this and the option you requested (downgrade the driver) as a possible workaround to get this to work.

To do this, you would only need to access https://downloadcenter.intel.com/ Drivers & Software

Type the HD Graphics that are in your system (depends on the processor).

After you find this, it would be to test the system with older Windows 10* drivers that have been released.

How to check HD Graphics present?

1. Look for the processor that you have.

2. Find it here http://ark.intel.com/ ARK | Your Source for Intel® Product Specifications

3. Look fro Graphics Specifications

Esteban, I tried running this, Intel I7 4th generation 4600U, and controller version of the graphics driver is 10.18.15.4281

The software you suggested only goes by if used by the Dell system!

Esteban, como va todo?

Estoy teniendo el problema siguiente. La constante necesidad de actualizar la placa de graficos hace que el juego no pueda correr. Con la version Driver Version: 15.36.3.64.3907 va excelente.

Que diferencia hay con la version 20.19.15.4390 que es la ultima que tengo ya que se actualizó de forma automatica?

Debe haber alguna cuestion que hace que el juego no pueda correr. Y con esta cuestion solucionada podría funcionar perfectamente.

Alright, that seems odd (the previous driver working and newer not working so well).

Have you tested the latest drivers released by Intel?

Esteban, unfortunately Windows did not recognize any of the links even though I could download them but it said it could not execute them.

I can only make it work with the version of graphics I mentioned before.

The one I currently have is the version 20.19.15.4390 which doesnt allow me to execute the game. So I have to install the other one when I want to play.

Please let me know what is missing in the one I have that the other one included so as to make the difference.

So, I now have the version 20.19.15.4331, and when trying to install the version you suggest, a window saying that the package is not compatible with the processor.

The only solution Im finding is to re install the version I use when I want the game to play but it keeps installing newer versions.

Additionally, It would be good to disconnect the device from the internet before installing the driver manually.

This is for 4463, I am positive you can install the driver.

So! I could install both versions! In the 64 bit, it didnt work. It happens the same thing that with the last version, it just crashes. And the 32 bit was rejected from the setup saying that it is not compatible with the processor.

I see, so we have tested different drivers so far, I was wondering, have you tried installing the game again? This is to discard any possible corrupted file during its installation.

Additionally, have you tested this with the basic windows drivers? You can get them after removing the drivers from the device manager.

Esteban, for some reason I dont think it is within the game or that something went corrupt.

I dont know why with the driver I mentioned, it works well and with other versions it crashes.

I might get used to the one I have given that it works and doesnt give me any problem!

Esteban, just for the fact, I uninstalled the game and the drivers. I installed the game again, and with the microsoft driver, it worked but went slow. After I enabled wifi again, the system looked for the driver which is currently installed, 20.19.15.4331, and when executing it, it crashed. Trying to run the one you suggested now. Will see again if it works.
