Hi there!
The screen shot refers to DirectX, you may want to update Microsoft DirectX version from Microsoft site, also check the list of tested games for your graphics controller.
http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-031017.htm http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/sb/CS-031017.htm
Try updating to the latest graphics drivers here: http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20842&ProdId=3231&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=20842&ProdId=3231&lang=eng&OSVersion=Windows%207%20%2864-bit%29*&DownloadType=Drivers
Thanks

yes you have only 64MB reserved vram. for Battlefield 3 you need minimum 512mb vram.
show in your Motherboard Bios, if you can change the (iGFX) Shared Memory to 512mb or better 1024mb.
Otherwise you need to update your motherboard bios, or ask the Manyfactory support.

If you Start your Laptop, it show to you a messge (For Setup the bios Press F2 or F12). You see this message 3 or 5 Seconds.
Then search in the Bios menu for Shared Memory or iGFX or iGPU or Onboard VGA Memory.
