Big Fish games not running video

Okay, so I'm not a "gamer" per se, I don't play hard core games just the fun ones from Big Fish. Having trouble lately with games from one manufacturer, DO Games. The game will start and I will have audio, but no video. Big Fish has walked me through several kinds of instruction to update my video card but nothing seems to work. Hoping to get some guidance here, maybe? It's just that one manufacturer. I'm on Windows 11 and my configuration and game requirements are a match, so I don't know what to do next.

More information is needed.

Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows. When you start the utility, select Everything and then click on Scan. Once it completes the scan process, click on Next and then Save. Pick a name for the text file to create and click on Save to create it. You can then close the app. Finally, open a response post here and then, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog (below the edit box for the body of your response post), upload and attach this text file to the response post.

In this response post, also let us know what Big Fish game(s) are having the problems. In addition to helping you, I am just about to replace my wife's 10-year-old PC with something more-modern and more-capable of running Windows 11 and I will want to know what to look for. She has all sorts of PopCap and Big Fish games that will need to be reinstalled (and I have no idea which are from DO).

Hello, Scott, and thank you for your response. I did as you suggested and am attaching the file here. I hope I did it correctly, I'm not terribly tech savvy (in case you hadn't figured that out).

As for Big Fish/DO games I'm having trouble with: Gloomy Tales-Horrific Show Collectors' Edition; Twin Mind Ghost Hunters CE; Fatal Evidence: In a Lamb's Skin CE; Criminal Archives: Murder in the Pages CE. But these are just a few, I have so many.

Ok, 12th gen, using iGFX, but driver is out of date. You should download and run the installation executable found here: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html.
