Black screen after installing intel hd graphic 530

I just bought i3-6100, After I install Intel graphics drivers I get a black screen after windows 7 starts. I don't see the log on. I can reboot into safe mode just fine. I've tried uninstall the graphics drive and reinstalling them. i've tried the

Intel® Beta Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8.1/10 [15.40]

and

Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows* 7/8.1/10 [15.40]

I have DVI out on my motherboard., my motherboard is msi b150 night elf and also i updated the latest bios and chipset driver.

i have a 8gb of ram.

please help
