Bonjour, Impossible d'installer les drivers Intel® HD Graphics 530 avec l'assistant pilote d'intel. J'ai le message d'erreur suivant : ce package d'installation n'est pas prit en charge par ce type de processeur.

J'ai effectué toute les mises à jours windows.

Let's try the following, please go into device manager. 

 

1 - Open "Display Adapters". 

2 - Right-click on "Intel Graphics". 

3 - Select uninstall until the display adapter shows as "Microsoft basic display adapter".

4 - Right-click on it and select "Update driver" 

5 - Let the update go and after done, restart your system and check it again with Intel ® Driver & Support Assistant.

Thank you for your help.

 

I still have the old version that installs after the update (25.20.100.6323) and with Intel ® Driver & Support Assistant, i have again one software update available.

Graphiques Intel® - Windows® 10 pilotes DCH

Let's try to manually install the latest driver for your graphics adapter. Please follow the steps in the link below: 

 

1 - Download the latest DCH driver and save it on the computer.

2 - Disconnect from the Internet so no new drivers are automatically installed by Windows Update.

3 - Uninstall the driver and the Intel Graphics Control Panel from Control Panel > Programs and Features.

4 - Restart the computer.

5 - Confirm in Device Manager > Video Adapters the controller is listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter' > if not, repeat steps 2 through 4.

6 - If the adapter continues to be listed as ‘Intel HD Graphics’ or similar, and no other Intel Graphics driver is listed under 'Programs and Features' for removal, then it means Windows has switched to a previously installed Legacy driver. At this point we can remove Legacy drivers from Device Manager:

6.1.1 Right-click on 'Intel HD Graphics' or similar, and select 'Uninstall Device'

6.1.2 In the pop-up window make sure 'Delete the driver software for this device' is checked.

6.1.3 Click on 'Uninstall'.

6.1.4 Restart. (Repeat steps 6.1.1 through 6.1.4 until the device gets listed as 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter')

7 - Install the DCH driver that was downloaded on step 1.

8 - Restart the computer.

9 - Reconnect to the Internet.

The result : I can follow the steps up to 7 and i have the error message : This installation package is not supported by this type of processor. I do not understand why.

I was looking again at the report you attached and I can see that you are running Windows 10 build 1607 which could be the reason why the graphics driver update is not finishing properly. 

 

Please proceed to update Windows* to the latest tested build and afterwards try following the steps I provided above for the graphics driver installation. Refer to the link below in order to update Windows*: 

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

* Please be aware that the content on that site is not controlled by Intel*. This information is offered for your convenience and should not be viewed as an endorsement by Intel* for the merchants or services offered there. *

 

There will be an option that says "Update Now", which should allow you to update to the latest build.
