When i using Photoshop CC2018 and adjusting my photo, the screen start to flickering. And it also happened in Adobe Camera Raw. I've try to rebuild my Windows, setup lenove's or intel's latest graphics drivers, but it doesn't help. My laptop is i5-7300hq HD630+GTX1050ti. And i also find some similar cases like mine.

This problem is so annoying, really hope somebody can help with me here.

The solution of this problem is taking a while. Please Intel give us the answer if you did replicate the problem and if there is a way to fix it.

So what happened to this case? I am very disappointed that there is no concrete answer on this problem from the intel technical team.

I FOUND ANOTHER REALLY INTERESTING FACT! If you change the screen orientation in Windows, the problem disappears in all applications. The default option in my laptop is "Landscape", if you switch through other options, the problem goes away.
It is obviously not a suitable option for many, but it gives us the idea that it is definitely a Bug.

I tested all the scenarios trying to find the solution to this problem.
This is my results:
1. Disabling my Geforce GTX 1060 in the device manager and just leave the Intel Graphic 630.
Result=Problem persist.
2. Disabling Intel Graphics 630 in the device manager.
Result= Problem fix.
(This is not a good alternative because all the graphic on the computer gets slow and I can't access to the Nvidia control panel)
3. Installing an old driver, in this case, version 21.20.16.4860 or lower.
Result= Problem Fix.
(This is not a good option because some of my creative apps need new drivers to work properly.
4.Changing Display orientation on Windows settings, from "Landscape" to other modes: Portrait, Landscape(flipped), Portrait(flipped).
Result= Problem Fix.
(This is not a convenient solution for all laptop users.)
Final conclusion:
Intel has a very serious bug affecting a lot of laptops of different brands with the same problem.
Please share this! We are waiting a while for a solution.

I have the same issue while using many apps: PS, Blender, DaVinci
I'm using new Dell G3 15" laptop with Intel HD graphics 630 + Geforce 1660 Ti with Max-Q design.
None of the listed "solutions" are working.

I have a XPS 15 7590 and I'm experiencing brightness flickering in adobe software.
It is so bad that I couldn't use my laptop in last 6-7 months. I contacted Dell, Adobe, Intel and Nvidia but all of them said they can not fix this issue.
Just doesn’t make sense to me to buy a laptop for more than $3k and not be able to use photoshop without issue.

This is a shame on the part of technical support. 😕
Sooo many users in other forums are facing the same problem with the Intel HD graphics 630. I did a lot of tests from months and I conclude that the problem are Intel's drivers superior than version 21.20.16.4860. This version that I mentioned is the only one working for me.

XPS 15 7590 i7 9750 and GTX 1650 and same problem in Adobe PS and LR software. Tried most of the tricks with drivers and nVidia panel setting. Problem is still there. Only temporary solution is to use built in Intel GPU. But this not why I bought high end notebook 😉 Please help in finding a solution.

With dual graphics on your dell, use only the drivers provided by dell, for both intel and nvidia.

I have the same issue: photoshop, blender. The brightness (or gamma) is flickering, cause very dusguesting effect on eyes.
I have a laptom intle HQ7700, Intel HD630 and discret 1050ti.
One of the way to solve this is to disable intel HD 630 and then turn it one. But its so annoing to do this everytime.
Hey intel specialists? Is anyone figured out how to solve the problem?? It's been a year since it has been posted...Maybe not to buy an intel laptops?...
