Use the graphic driver provided by HP, not the Intel generic driver.

If it does not work with the HP provided driver, then you need to work with HP for a solution as they (supposedly) tested their hardware with that driver.

Never looked up your HP device on the HP website, eh?

Yes, it is on this site that I downloaded the graphics driver and installed it before updating it on the device manager. And it didn't work. That's why I doubted if I was on the right site, because the graphics driver which is on this HP support dates from June 19, 2020 if you can see correctly.

Then, you need to work with HP - their device, their supplied driver.

How what?

You contact HP support and ask them why their supplied driver (which they customized/modified) does not work with their hardware, specifically by the keypad.
