Brillo Intel UHD gráfics 630

Tengo un problema y es que el brillo de Monitor no está al 100% le subo al máximo pero aún así se ve opaco, los botones y la barra del brillo funcionan pero no dan su brillo al máximo, adicional que la Luz LED tomate del monitor (como indico en la imagen) parpadea lo que antes no sucedía. Si alguien sabe algo al respecto le agradecería

After the scan is finished, click next and there will be a save button, giving you an option to save the logs to a text file, please do so and attach the file on your reply. You can refer to How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows* for instructions.
