Bug in Driver for UHD 620 and 630. Direct3d jit compiler generates wrong code when optimizing.

See Dokumentation of Bug in Attachement. Full Report was filed to Intel Customer Support. Case Number: 05319674. Software to reproduce the bug should be attached to this case number. 

Short Description: Rendering Error on intel 620 and 630 when Huill Shader is compiled with optimize. Error does not happen on NVidia or AMD cards. Happens on Windows 10 and Windows 11. Happens with old drivers and new drivers. Does not happen when optimizer is turned off.
