I found bug in newest Iris Xe Graphics Driver 32.00.101.5762 on UHD770 GPU (bug does not exist on older 31.0.101.3277 driver version)
igddxvacommon32.dll generates read access violation after 14th deinitialization and initialization of hevc encoder in the same 32-bit process.
Here's full memory crashdump: https://easyupload.io/051blh
BTW. I have set https://software.intel.com/sites/downloads/symbols/ as symbol server but it seems like symbols for files of that driver version can't be matched.

I forgot to mention that when I'm encoding on Intel Arc Graphic card on the same pc everything works.

This bug exists also on other Iris Xe Graphics devices that I tested but can't be reproduced when system memory is used for frame allocation just like in libvpl samples (https://github.com/intel/libvpl/tree/main/examples/api2x/hello-encode). AVC codec encoding works without problems.
