COD17 display is abnormal

COD17 display is not normal. When I enter the game, the screen is always blurry, and I am very annoyed. I only have this game now...

2. Was it working before? 
3. Does this issue happen with other games? 
4. Is it a laptop or a Desktop PC? Please provide the specific model (If it is a Desktop PC, provide the motherboard model).
