Hi all,
I had touched the issue in a previous thread:
It seems that my MSI Prestige 14 Evo Intel core i7-1185G7, and in particular Intel Iris Xe, has some issues with the external monitor I'm using LG 27UL500 (refer to previous thread for details).
It was suggested to try and restore the Graphics Drivers that MSI recommended.
I uninstalled the drivers (DCH 30.0.101.1994) following the Intel guide, and installed the driver found in the MSI support page (27.20.100.9565).
Sadly nothing changed.
Now what?
Thanks in advance

@Jameswalter Who is "we" and "us"? Are you an intel employee or contractor?
