Can I know does my laptop support a 4k Monitor for image editing/ Working/ Watching movies/ gaming?

Here are the specifications of my laptop : 

 

  • Processor model: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
  • Driver version:For the UHD 630 Driver Version 27.20.100.9168. For NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 :  30.0.15.1278
  • Windows version: Windows 11 Version 23H2
  • BIOS Version/Date: American Megatrends Inc. FX505GT.310, 26-11-2020
  • Will you use any adapters/converters? No
