Can I play Gta 5 with an Hp laptop (Core i3...)?

Hello, 

i have an hp laptop with the following specifications:

And I was wondering if my computer can run the gta 5?

I know my main problem is my graphics card. But I will obviously play the game with the lowest graphics options.
