I bought a Deco Gear DGVIEW201 (
Deco Gear 35" Curved Ultrawide E-LED Gaming Monitor, 21:9 Aspect Ratio, Immersive 3440x1440 Resolution, 100Hz Refresh Rate, 3000:1 Contrast Ratio)
My graphics processor is the i5-8250U CPU @ 1.6 GHz / 1.8 GHz
Why is the new monitor not showing at full scale?

Hello onlineneochris,
Thank you for your response.
I would still need the information previously requested to determine the supported resolutions for your computer.
When talking about laptops, we need to take several things in consideration. The supported resolutions will depend upon the video output that is in use.
- Can you please inform how is the display connected? Are you using a straight connection?
Please run the following tool and attach the reports generated.
Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) Download link
1. Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information.
2. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
3. Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
4. To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
Additionally please follow the steps in the following link to get the Report for Intel® Graphics Drivers
These reports will be enough to check the drivers and supported resolutions in your device.
Please reply with the information attached.
